Unfortunately at the present time due to technical difficulties we are unable to take Credit and Debit Cards.

Terms & Conditions

 

1] All orders must be in writing - by letter or by E Mail. Telephone orders require to be confirmed by letter or email.


2] Confirmation of all orders will be sent within 7 days of receipt of the request, agreeing product, type of wood, cost, postage & packaging and timescale for delivery.


3] Delivery within the UK will be made within 14 days of receipt of cleared funds.


4] Countries outside the UK will be within 21 days of receipt of cleared funds.


5] Payment to be made to 'CARNOUSTIE GOLF CREATIONS'.


6] Payment can be made by Personal Cheque, Bank Draft or Credit direct into CARNOUSTIE GOLF CREATIONS Bank Account [details provided on request]. PayPal can also be used.


7] Prices do not include VAT and there is none applicable at present.


8] You have the right to cancel your order [except bespoke orders] within 7 days of receipt of the goods.


9] Delivery costs for returned goods including postage & packaging are met by the purchaser unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
